‘Training on the run’

Cardio Training, Resistance Bands & Boxing Workout

At times to suit you


For £5 per person ( minimum 6 ) James will take you out for a run & train session. All ages & fitness levels are welcome. Let him know what time & where is convenient to meet ( local park, your house etc )
Each session lasts for one hour.
