Get fit in the fresh air! Bikini Fit is a new ladies’ only bootcamp aimed at getting you feeling fitter, healthier, and happier than ever. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.

All sessions are designed for you to enjoy yourself and challenge you in a way you never thought possible.

Every session is different but you can expect some of the following exercises to be included:

  • Core stability – get those abs working
  • Resistance band work – for muscle toning
  • Boxercise – stress relief!
  • Fun fitness games
  • And more…

Bikini Fit bootcamp is designed for people who want improve their overall fitness and body shape, have fun and feel great. Bikini Fit will help to steadily improve your fitness.


Each Session lasts one hour... Sessions take place throughout the year, whatever the weather!!!
